Briefing
Your dedicated Game Master will provide a short safety orientation and explain how to use the equipment and controllers.
Suit Up
Put on your headset and adjust the straps for a comfortable fit. Our staff will ensure everything is calibrated perfectly.
Immersion
Step into the play area and let the adventure begin. Your Game Master will monitor your session and provide hints if needed.
What To Wear
Virtual reality can be an active experience. We recommend dressing comfortably so you can move freely without restriction.

Glasses & Contacts
Our headsets are designed to fit over most standard prescription glasses. However, if you have large frames, they might be uncomfortable.
If you wear contact lenses, we highly recommend wearing them for your session to ensure the best possible visual clarity and comfort.

Virtual Boundaries
A visible grid will appear in your headset if you get too close to a wall or another player, keeping you safely within the play area.

All headsets, controllers, and equipment are thoroughly sanitized with medical-grade cleaning supplies between every session.
Motion Sickness
Our high-refresh-rate headsets and optimized software minimize motion sickness. If you feel unwell, you can stop at any time.
