1. General Provisions

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the booking services provided by Hyperreal Arena, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you, the user or participant, and Hyperreal Arena regarding your participation in our virtual reality experiences, events, and facility access.

If you are making a booking on behalf of a group, you are responsible for ensuring that all members of your party have read, understood, and agreed to these terms prior to arrival at the arena.

2. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

All experiences must be booked in advance through our official channels. To secure a time slot, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, subject to availability.
• Late Arrivals: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time for briefing and equipment fitting. Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime to ensure following groups are not delayed. Refunds are not provided for missed or reduced sessions due to tardiness.
• No Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled booking without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full booking amount.

3. Health & Safety Guidelines

Virtual reality experiences can be physically and mentally immersive. By participating, you acknowledge that you are in suitable physical condition.

• Participants with pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, epilepsy, severe motion sickness, or those who are pregnant, should consult a physician before participating.
• Arena staff reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a session if a participant appears intoxicated, behaves aggressively, or fails to follow safety instructions.
• Children under the specified minimum age for particular experiences must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

4. Equipment Use & Liability

Hyperreal Arena provides state-of-the-art headsets, controllers, and haptic gear. Participants are expected to handle all equipment with care. Intentional damage or damage resulting from reckless behavior contrary to staff instructions will result in the participant (or their guardian) being held financially responsible for repair or replacement costs.

Hyperreal Arena is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises. Lockers are provided for convenience, but use is at your own risk.
